    • To make the process smooth, we’ll need:

      • Brand assets (logo, colors, fonts, etc.)

      • Clear project details

      • Feedback within 48 hours during review stages

      • Openness to design suggestions that align with your goals

    • For social media content, we provide suggested caption copy along with the graphics if you request it. For business cards and flyers, we work with the text you provide and can assist with layout suggestions.

  • Each project comes with 1–2 rounds of revisions included. This ensures your final design reflects your vision while keeping the project on schedule.

    • Yes! While our social media packages are optimized for Instagram and Facebook, we can create designs sized for other platforms, including Pinterest, LinkedIn, and more. Just let us know in your application.

    • Because these are digital files, refunds aren’t available after download.
